Lattes & beverages

Test with the dairy or plant milk you actually use. Keep powder dose, liquid volume and sweetness consistent; record aroma, colour and bitterness after mixing. Milk changes flavour perception, so dry-powder colour alone is insufficient.

Baking & food production

Retest under your actual baking, freezing or storage conditions. Compare tea flavour, colour and texture in the finished product, alongside cost per serving. Bright green imagery is not a promise of colour after processing.

Whisked tea

Compare samples using the same water, powder-to-water ratio, temperature and whisking method. Assess aroma, freshness, bitterness and finish. Brand descriptions are a sampling guide; confirm with your own tasting.

Samples & approval

Define the use: whisked tea, latte or baking. Test samples with your own water, milk base and processing conditions before agreeing on bulk supply.
